Jorge Ulibarri’s name and his company Cornerstone Custom Construction are associated with some of Central Florida’s most prestigious communities including Spring Lake Pointe in Altamonte Springs, Heathrow, Heathrow Country Estates, Lake Forest and Magnolia Plantation. He is one of only two custom builders selected to build on Heathrow’s last remaining new home sites at the 1st and 16th fairways of Heathrow Country Club in Northern Seminole County.

As a preferred custom builder in Heathrow Country Estates in Lake County, Jorge has a model home now under construction and several home sites available. Cornerstone Custom Construciton also has homesites available in Magnolia Plantation and Lake Forest and Heathrow’s The Reserve neighborhood.
